CHAPAS-4 resources and further information
The CHAPAS-4 trial is working to improve the second-line treatment options for children living with HIV in sub-Saharan Africa. There are growing numbers of children who need (or will need in the future) second-line antiretroviral therapy. Current second-line treatment options for children are not ideal. CHAPAS-4 is investigating new combinations of medicines for children.
